Project Manager/Estimator

 

Job Specifications

  • Analyze data reports and conduct on-site inspections
  • Develop cost proposals and estimates including all necessary reports
  • Display strong leadership by overseeing all projects aspects from planning through execution
  • Manage project budgets and negotiate effectively with subcontractors and/or suppliers
  • Efficiently handle multiple projects of various sizes and complexities
  • Uphold high workmanship standards that are aligned with the project plans and specifications
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure prompt and reliable customer service

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous experience in construction management or a related field
  • Familiarity with insurance claims and managed repair assignments
  • 3-5 years of experience creating repair and remodel estimates preferred
  • Proficiency in project scheduling
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines
  • Working knowledge of the Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
